Sonalysts has been designing intelligent training systems since 1994 when we created the Radar System Controller Intelligent Training Aid (RSC ITA) to train AN/SPY-1 radar operators in system tactical employment skills. Our intelligent training technology has since been applied in a number of other military training applications and provides real-time performance assessment and feedback presented in a multimedia or simulation environment sensitive to subject matter expert (SME) and student context. Our tutoring technology also includes objective-based performance reporting and recording in detailed, after action reports.
