Sonalysts' program management competencies include innovation, program management, planning and analysis, concept and prototype development, experimental design, modeling and simulation, experimentation, wargaming and command and control.
We understand the relationship between system architecture and system requirements- the architecture must support the satisfaction of requirements, but the requirements must support the definition of achievable system architecture.

Systems Requirements
Sonalysts has provided systems requirements analysis, development and management for large-scale programs for over 20 years, for programs such as the Joint Simulation System (JSIMS) out of the SPAWAR Systems Center San Diego (SSC SD) and the Joint Analysis System (JAS) in Virginia.
The Joint Analysis System (JAS) is a Command and Control, Communication, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance(C4ISR)-centric, joint (campaign-level) model with integrated strategic mobility, theater logistics and joint operations encompassing a broad range of military operations. Sonalysts has worked to fill the simulation gap caused by the DOD's shift towards joint operations. The analysis community had several service-centric simulations to rely on, but none were designed from a joint perspective. Joint operational requirements led to the need to assess the cumulative effects of integrated intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance, logistics, service weapons systems and joint task forces in the prosecution of a joint campaign. Sonalysts has participated in several JAS projects at USJFCOM/J9 including:
