Process ImprovementSonalysts provides support to a number of clients in the areas of process review and improvement, verifying the current status of operational and management programs and providing expert guidance for improving the performance and efficiency of these programs. Sonalysts also provides support in the development and implementation of issues tracking and corrective actions programs. Clients include:Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL)

Supported the management review process following the LANL FY05 suspension of operations

Assisted in the development of corrective action and improvement plans for a number of LANL divisions

Sandia National Laboratory (SNL)

Developed and implemented corrective actions to Office of Independent Oversight and Performance Assurance Inspections

SPAWARSYSCEN San Diego

Supported Capability Maturity Model (CMM) and Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) introduction and use for projects at SSC SD for the last seven years

Participated with the Joint Simulation System Maritime (JSIMS-M) in a successful Software Capability Evaluation that resulted in a CMM Level 3 designation for the JSIMS project

Participated with the Joint Project Manager Information Systems (JPM IS) in a successful Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement evaluation that resulted in a CMMI Level 2 designation for the JPM IS Project and five Sonalysts-led JPM IS process areas were appraised at CMMI Level 3.
