Assisted in developing and implementing Unreviewed Safety Question Determination (USQD) programs at two DOE/NNSA sites

Performed numerous USQDs at several Hazard Category 2 Nuclear Facilities

Developed process flow, piping and instrumentation diagrams, electrical one-line diagrams, and isometric drawings for facility/system configuration management

Developed and maintained System Design Descriptions for several Hazard Category 2 Nuclear Facilities

Developed design change packages, including post-modification testing, for implementing safety systems, structures and components (SSCs) upgrades required by the NNSA Safety Evaluation Report

Performed design adequacy evaluations for over twenty existing safety SSCs to meet new Documented Safety Analysis requirements at a Hazard Category 2 Nuclear Facility and high hazard non-nuclear facilities per DOE-STD-1073-2003, section 3.1.2

Developed the engineering standard for the next generation Instrumentation and Control System (a facility and process management system) for a Hazard Category 2 Nuclear Facility, which was later implemented

Developed failure modes and effects analysis on safety significant SSCs for a Hazard Category 2 Nuclear Facility
